Where we offer personalised greetings cards, you are responsible for checking all wording, names, dates, spelling and details before placing your order.
Personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes or special offers. These may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates, minimum spends or product exclusions.

Original standard delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery upgrades, such as express delivery, may not be refunded unless required by law.
